– Motorbike parking is available directly in front of the villa, with space for one car.
– Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
– Parties are not permitted to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
– Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests, as rates may vary depending on group size.
– Guests arriving early or leaving late are welcome to store luggage between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM—just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.
– Note: Future building development nearby may result in occasional construction noise.
