All booking confirmations are handled by our reservation team who will be in contact from the time you inquire about booking a villa. Once you are ready to book, instructions on how to secure your booking via our payment modes will be sent to your email.

Yes, you can place a hold on a villa for free. There are no credit card details required and this option gives you 48 hours to decide.Simply make a request for the villa you are interested in by filling up the form that can be found on the page of your chosen villa. Once you provide us with your name, contact details and travel dates, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. 

A deposit of 50% of the total price is required to secure the booking of your holiday rental. The other 50% of the payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival unless stated otherwise. For booking less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will require full payment.

Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the agency’s sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.

  1. When you have decided to select us to manage your property, we will arrange an inspection to your villa to make sure the villa is fit to our standards and the market's demands.

  2. Meeting with the owner to present our services and to understand the owner's requests.

  3. If both parties agree with the contract, our management team is ready to advertise and maintain the villa.

  1. We assign our staff (Housekeeper) 3 working days a week and he/she will maintain the cleanliness of the villa according to standards.

  2. We do regular checks for villa areas that require maintenance.

  3. We send a report to the owner at the beginning of each month.

  1. We charge a fixed price depending on your villa size and needs. 

  2. 20% Commission for direct booking or 10% commission for bookings by referral.

  3. We do not have any hidden fees, as we hate them as much as you do.
