Reservation Policy

Check-In Time 03:00 PM | Check-Out Time 11:00 AM

To secure the booking, a payment of 50% of the grand total is due within 2 days of your confirmation of intention to book. The balance payment must be fully settled 60 days prior to arrival date.

A security deposit is required for some villas. The villa manager will request it upon arrival and will refund it on departure day provided every extra service has been paid and the villa did not suffer any damage or loss, in which case deposit will be refunded (by cash or through bank transfer) less cost of damage or loss.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Payments are nonrefundable, but exceptions may be considered at the agency’s sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rates.
