The Space
Arrival & Outdoor Space
Each villa welcomes you with a private swimming pool, vibrant tropical greenery, and inviting lounge areas. From sunbeds to shaded gazebos and garden hammocks, every corner is designed for you to relax and enjoy Bali's warm climate. One of the villas also features an outdoor kitchen with a Spanish plancha grill—ideal for barbecue nights.

Living Areas & Social Spaces
All villas include open-plan living rooms connected to fully equipped kitchens and dining spaces. Some feature bar-style counters perfect for social gatherings or casual dining. Interiors are thoughtfully styled, blending natural textures with minimalist tropical touches—creating a warm, homelike atmosphere in paradise.

Bedrooms & Layout
Across the three villas, there are 12 ensuite bedrooms in total, offering privacy and flexibility for groups, retreats, or family getaways.

Villa 1 – 3 Bedrooms:
1 ensuite bedroom on the ground floor facing the pool, and 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs—one with a swing seat and the other with rice field views.

Villa 2 – 5 Bedrooms:
2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs above the main living area, each with a private terrace and rice field view; 2 ensuite bedrooms downstairs in a separate pavilion across the pool (one with twin beds); and 1 ensuite bedroom upstairs above the pavilion.

Villa 3 – 4 Bedrooms:
1 ensuite bedroom upstairs above the main living area; 1 ensuite bedroom downstairs with a mezzanine level (includes two single beds, ideal for children); 1 ensuite bedroom downstairs next to the mezzanine room; and 1 ensuite bedroom upstairs, located across the pool for added privacy.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to each villa, including the gardens and private pools.

Other Things to Note
-Parking Area:
   -Villa 1: A small car can park in front of the villa (narrow access requires an experienced driver).
   -Villa 2: One car parking space on-site (narrow access requires an experienced driver).
   -Villa 3: One car parking space on-site.
-Baby-friendly amenities are available, including wooden cots with mosquito nets, high chairs, babysitting services, and pool fences for hire.
-Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
-Luggage storage is available between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM for early arrivals or late departures. Please let us know in advance to arrange.
-Parties are not permitted to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
-Please enter the correct number of guests when booking, as rates may vary based on group size. For groups over 26 guests, an additional charge of USD 30 per person per night applies.
-All rates include taxes and service fees—no hidden charges
-If your group prefers to gather in one location, we can recommend a nearby venue that can comfortably host your group. Let us know, and we’ll assist with planning
-As Bali is a tropical island, occasional insects or mosquitoes may be present. We provide insect spray and skin repellent for your comfort, and perform regular pest control to ensure a pleasant stay.
