Villa One

Step into the first villa, a charming Mediterranean–tropical home designed with bright white walls, a serene atmosphere, and cozy boho touches.

Here, you’ll find:

-3 beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom

-A fully equipped kitchen ideal for cooking or enjoying an in-villa dining experience

-Dining area positioned beside the pool, offering a dreamy backdrop for every meal

-A peaceful 8x3m private pool surrounded by lush greenery and a signature palm tree

Villa Two

Just 15 meters away, the second villa welcomes you with a more spacious layout, modern touches, and stunning ricefield views that elevate every moment of your stay.

This villa features:

-5 comfortable bedrooms—two on the ground floor with direct pool access, and three upstairs overlooking the rice fields

-A master suite with a soaking tub, perfect for a relaxing bath after a day exploring Bali

-A large airy living room with panoramic ricefield views

-A fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with dining space, guest toilet, and laundry room

-A bigger private swimming pool, surrounded by a vibrant tropical garden, sun loungers, and a cozy gazebo

Guest access

The entire estate is privately yours, including both villas, two pools, kitchens, living rooms & gardens.

Other things to note

-Villa 1: Car parking is not available, but motorbikes can access the villa through the narrow entrance alley.

-Villa 2: The villa has parking for up to 2 cars. The alley is single-car accessible, and while minivans can enter, a skillful driver is needed to reverse. For a hassle-free experience, we offer a car + driver service that you can book for a smooth arrival and departure.

-Smoking is not allowed indoors

-No parties allowed to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

-Baby-Friendly Villa! We offer wooden baby cots with mosquito nets, baby chairs, babysitting services, and pool fences—available for hire.

-Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

-Guests are welcome to store luggage between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM for early arrivals or late departures. Let us know in advance to arrange this service.

-The price shown on website already includes taxes and service fees, excluding bank processing fees.

-Bali is a tropical island. You might see insects or mosquitoes around, but don’t worry,  we provide insect spray and skin repellent for your comfort. We also regularly carry out pest control to keep the villa as comfortable as possible.
