On October 15 and 17, 2025, we brought our amazing team from The Bali Agent to The Silas Agrotourism, Bedugul for a special staff outing. The event was joined by our housekeeping team, gardeners, pool attendants, maintenance staff, runners, and even our in-house chef.This outing wasn’t just a fun escape from the daily routine; it was created to strengthen teamwork, communication, and the warm connection we share as one family.

A happy team always creates a happy stay for our guests.

The day was filled with energizing activities, group games, sharing sessions, and lots of laughter. One of the most memorable moments came from Elly, one of our housekeeping staff said “It was so much fun! I hope activities like this can continue and bring a positive impact to the company as well.” Her words beautifully captured the heart of the event,  a team that feels valued will always give their best.
